2018 JAMB Date Announced
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has settled March 9 to 17 for the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.
The Registrar of the board, Ishaq Oloyede, said this at a gathering with partners on Tuesday.
The topic of the gathering is "Vital anticipating the lead of the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation."
Mr. Oloyede said the ridicule examination at first booked to hold between January 22 and 24 has been moved to the main week in February because of the continuous strike by non-showing staff of colleges.
"We can't get to our CBT focuses in light of the fact that a large portion of them are in the colleges and non showing staff are on strike," he said.
"With respect to offer of structures, around 10 for every penny of the normal applicants have enrolled, the quantity of hopefuls that have enlisted now is around 283,319," he said.
The enlistment center said the denial of materials is relevant to competitors, administrators and inspectors.
"No competitors, inspectors, invigilators will be permitted to enter the examination corridor with wrist watches, pencils aside from HB pencils … and cameras" he said.
